Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions – Non-Refundable Processing Fee

Processing Fees: All payments processed through ATL Royal Services are subject to a non-refundable processing fee. This fee covers the cost of handling transactions securely and efficiently through our payment processor.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital photography and the inability to return delivered files, ATL Royal maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a transaction is completed—defined as payment being made and digital images or photography services being delivered—the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with image style, personal preference, or any other subjective reason. In rare cases where a refund is granted at the sole discretion of ATL Royal, the amount returned will exclude the original processing fee as well as any additional charges incurred, including but not limited to:

Administrative fees
Labor or editing costs
Travel or coordination expenses
Any other service-related fees

Acceptance of Terms: By using our services and completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. This includes understanding that all processing fees are non-refundable and that any approved refund will be issued net of all applicable fees and expenses.

Video Editing & Music Selection Policy

Clients are responsible for providing their preferred music selection prior to editing. If no music selection is provided, ATL Royal will choose music on the client's behalf.

All delivered videos are considered final. Once a video has been delivered, any requested revisions, including but not limited to music changes, editing adjustments, transitions, text modifications, clip reordering, or any other alterations, will be subject to an additional editing fee.

By submitting an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
